All products on the website come with free delivery to mainland uk

 We are no longer able to send to Republic of Ireland and only certain products to Northern Ireland please email [email protected] for more information.  

 How to Place an Order:

 

 Just click the "Add to Basket" button to add a Product to your shopping basket.

 

 Then click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. This will take you to a secure page for providing your credit card or debit card details and delivery address.

 

 We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Delta and Solo cards. We offer secure payment through Paypal and Google Checkout.

 

 All payments must be made on-line via our secure checkout system. We cannot accept telephone, fax or e-mail orders.

Upon placing the order you will then receive a confirmation email on stock availability and delivery schedule.

Delivery we usually takes between 3-5 working days

 (often alot of awnings are delivered within 48hrs of dispatch)

Please note out of area postcodes, Northern Ireland and Ireland are subject to surcharge for deliveries.

Deliveries must be checked upon receipt and any missing/damaged items need to be reported 48hrs after delivery. 

We strongly recommend all awnings are checked prior to being taken on holiday. 

Please note sizing the awning is solely the customers responsibility.

Right to Cancel:

Returns are allowed up to 14 working days after receiving the goods (cooling off period), please notify us in writing at [email protected] and return in original packaging, all postage costs for returning are the customers responsibility, we may be able to help you return the goods cheaper so please contact us and we may be able to arrange a collection for you.   

Upon return, goods are inspected and if deemed new and unused a full refund will be given.

Please note awnings that have been through an awning rail are deemed second hand and therefore subject to a 30% fee. 

If an awning is faulty and upon inspection confirming this a replacement will be sent.

Any special orders and made to measure awnings (Walker, Eriba, Burnster, Adria, Kip, T@B , Trigano Silver awnings) are non refundable, however again if faulty and in warranty will be repaired or replaced. 

Each awning comes with its own manufacturers warranties varying in length form 1-2 years as stated.
